Brett Sumner is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years experience. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has gained over 11 years experience as a director of building surveying in private practice.

Phil Dearman is a Chartered Building Surveyor and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Phil has gained over 20 years experience providing consultancy services for clients such as the Ministry of Defence, social housing providers, private companies, local authorities, utility companies and private clients.
